Bartender (Short-Term) - The Pavilion
Job Description
Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Process all payment methods and secure liquors and storage areas.

- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Process payment methods and complete cashier reports
- Secure liquors, beers, and storage areas at closing
- Follow company safety and security policies
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
