EDEN is transforming how HVAC contractors quote and win business. We are hiring a Senior Account Executive who combines proven closing skills with strategic thinking. You will own the full sales cycle and help shape the go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from booking meetings to demos to closing
  • Build and manage a pipeline across SMB and mid-market contractors
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to improve messaging
  • Help define repeatable sales processes and playbooks

Qualifications

  • 3–4+ years of proven closing experience (SaaS or trades)
  • Experience navigating complex decision processes
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
