CRM Analyst (Chinese Speaker) | Retail
Job Description
Own CRM analytics, BI reporting, and automation frameworks. Manage campaigns across multi-channel platforms (Email, WhatsApp, Push).
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize automation journeys
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
- Develop customer segments based on behavior
- Design and maintain Tableau dashboards
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines to data warehouses
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is a MUST
- Hands-on experience executing CRM campaigns
- Expertise in SQL/BigQuery
