Job Description

The Branches Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of all company branches within the F&B sector. This role ensures consistent service delivery, operational efficiency, staff management, and the achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations across all branches
  • Set performance goals and monitor KPIs
  • Conduct regular branch visits and audits
  • Hire, train, and manage branch managers
  • Develop business strategies to increase productivity
  • Resolve operational issues and handle customer complaints
  • Monitor inventory levels and procurement practices

Qualifications
