Job Description
The Branches Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of all company branches within the F&B sector. This role ensures consistent service delivery, operational efficiency, staff management, and the achievement of sales and profitability targets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across all branches
- Set performance goals and monitor KPIs
- Conduct regular branch visits and audits
- Hire, train, and manage branch managers
- Develop business strategies to increase productivity
- Resolve operational issues and handle customer complaints
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement practices
- Lead the launch of new branches
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in multi-branch operations or retail management
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of customer service and financial principles
- Ability to travel frequently between branches
- Proficiency in MS Office and branch management systems (POS, ERP)
