Job Description

Ren is seeking a Vice President, Service Transformation & Process Engineering to design, standardize, and automate client service processes across charitable giving platforms. This role owns the service transformation agenda, ensuring client experience, operational scalability, and technology enablement are tightly integrated. Partnering with IT and Product, the VP translates service strategy into scalable process design.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the Client Services transformation roadmap
  • Establish enterprise-wide service process architecture
  • Translate service needs into clear technical requirements
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation and self-service
  • Lead large, multi-stakeholder initiatives across the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10-12+ years of progressive leadership experience in service operations or transformation
  • Proven success leading enterprise-scale transformation in financial services
