Operations & Executive Associate
Job Description
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Operations & Executive Associate to drive internal execution and support day-to-day operations at Servi. You will work directly with the co-founders to manage systems, structure operational workflows, and keep the team and company on track. This is a foundational role ideal for someone who thrives on building from the ground up and excels at organization, process, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the coordination hub for founders, managing calendars, priorities, and weekly agendas
- Maintain task trackers, reminders, and project dashboards
- Support financial tasks: vendor payments, budget tracking, and expense documentation
- Coordinate with legal/accounting advisors on compliance and registration documents
- Develop and document SOPs and workflows for internal functions
- Maintain organized cloud file systems and version control
- Track and manage freelancer vetting steps (document collection, scheduling, follow-up)
- Own admin tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and project tracking platforms
- Conduct structured research on tools, vendors, and service providers
- Build comparison matrices and synthesize insights for founder review
- Support benchmarking and competitive analysis related to internal systems
- Translate operational needs into feature requests and organize feedback
- Collaborate with tech team to support user testing and internal tools rollout
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in operations, coordination, or executive support (startup/SME preferred)
- Bachelor’s in Business, Management, or related field
