VP of Product
Job Description
As VP of Product at Steer Health, you'll own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead a cross-functional product organization and work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI capabilities and complex healthcare workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision and multi-year roadmap
- Identify new product opportunities across core healthcare segments
- Lead the product management team across a suite of AI solutions
- Establish and refine product development processes for global teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research
- Collaborate with Marketing on product positioning and go-to-market strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Deep experience in healthcare technology (patient engagement, revenue cycle, etc.)
- Proven track record shipping AI/ML-powered products at scale
- Experience building and leading product teams in high-growth startups
- Strong understanding of enterprise healthcare sales cycles and buyer personas
