Senior Data Science Engineer
Job Description
Seeking a Data Science Engineer to design, build, and deploy production machine learning solutions for an enterprise Fleet Cascading & Optimization Platform. You will develop models for demand forecasting, cascading optimization, contract intelligence, and out-of-spec prediction. You will own the end-to-end ML lifecycle on AWS, from experimentation to scalable production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Build demand forecasting models with hierarchical reconciliation
- Develop cascading optimization using MILP/Min-Cost Flow solvers
- Implement document intelligence pipelines using Textract and LayoutLMv3
- Deploy models on SageMaker with MLOps
- Implement model explainability using SHAP/LIME
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Experience with Time Series & Forecasting (BSTS, Prophet, TFT)
- Knowledge of Optimization (Linear Programming, MILP)
- Experience with AWS ML Stack (SageMaker)
