Contracts Advisor
Job Description
Aramco Marine Department is seeking a Contracts Advisor to serve as the contract’s proponent representative in the development and administration of contracts. The role involves conducting financial studies, evaluating alternatives, and coordinating negotiation meetings with vendors.
Responsibilities
- Direct development of engineering and financial studies for contract services
- Coordinate analyses of Company risk or exposure
- Coordinate technical qualification of bidders
- Develop scopes of work for various contract services
- Coordinate verification of contractor costs
- Process contract actions including new/rebid, amendments & extensions
- Coordinate negotiation meetings with vendors
- Develop presentations for Executive Management
- Provide technical advice from conception through termination of contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and contracting
- 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in computer applications and procurement system
