Lead test processes and methodologies within the airline domain. Manage a team of 15+ resources, implement test strategies across SCRUM teams, and coach team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 15+ resources
- Propagate and implement test strategy recommendations across SCRUM teams
- Coach and mentor team members
- Test design, execution, and defect logging
- Provide test strategy and metrics recommendations to customer and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 9 - 13 years experience
- Airline domain knowledge (Reservation, DCS, ETKT, Fares)
