Job Description
The First Group Hospitality is hiring a Runner for The First Collection Business Bay. The runner is responsible for delivering great service to all guests, running food and beverages, and maintaining excellent communication between waiting staff and the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for doing all preparations before and during service (cutlery, breadbaskets).
- Coordinate orders to ensure efficient delivery to guests.
- Have full knowledge of Food & Beverage Menu items.
- Memorize multiple orders and table planning.
- Running food and beverages to guests in outlets, rooms, gym, or pool.
- Work in a safe and sanitary way with food and beverages.
- Checking supplies and putting away stock.
- Assist in clearance of tables.
- Cleaning tasks during and after service.
