Job Description
Responsible for preparing and cooking food according to standard procedures and recipes. Ensures food quality, presentation, and sanitation standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and instructions
- Assist Chef de Partie in establishing standard recipes
- Inspect taste, temperature, and visual appeal
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and requisition
- Ensure proper sanitation procedures and kitchen cleanliness
- Prepare room amenities as needed
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in the similar role in a five-star luxury hotel
