Manager - Digital Learning Experience
Job Description
You will play a pivotal role in shaping how learning is experienced across the organisation, ensuring our workforce is future-ready, empowered, and continuously developing. This role is accountable for designing, governing, and evolving the end-to-end digital learning experience across the Group.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital learning strategy
- Manage proof of concept and learning technology pilots
- Oversee the creation and execution of high-impact digital learning solutions
- Partner with global technology vendors to ensure effective implementation
- Provide expert advice on digital learning opportunities and emerging trends (AI, VR/AR)
- Build and manage a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors level qualification in a related field, preferably within Organisational Psychology or equivalent
- Experience of progressive leadership experience in e-learning and learning platforms management
- Certifications in Digital Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Learning Technologies (e.g., SHRM, ATD, CIPD)
