Job Description
Play a pivotal part in building high-performing G&A teams across functions such as Finance, Legal, Operations, and Go-to-Market. Partner closely with hiring managers to design end-to-end recruiting strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers
- Partner with hiring managers to develop innovative recruiting strategies
- Lead initiatives to improve diversity and inclusion
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
- Track and report recruiting metrics
Qualifications
- 6+ years of recruiting experience
- At least 3 years in business recruiting for G&A functions
