Job Description
Al Awtan Contracting LLC is looking for a Civil Engineer/Project Manager for construction projects in the UAE, specifically high-rise towers. The candidate must have a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Open classification.
Responsibilities
- Full supervision of project execution according to timelines
- Manage the project team, contractors, and consultants
- Prepare and submit technical and financial reports to senior management
- Liaise with government authorities (Municipality, licensing, developers)
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Review engineering drawings and coordinate between MEP, Architectural, and Structural departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE
- Proven experience in High-rise tower projects
- Dubai Municipality (DM) Open classification is mandatory
