Job Description

Arabian Wanderers is a Dubai-based adventure travel company committed to reconnecting today’s busy individuals with the natural world. Your main goal is to create interest in Arabian Wanderers’ experiences and set up qualified meetings for the Sales team, who will prepare proposals and finalize deals with potential partners and prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and partners within the target segments
  • Launch and manage outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Present Arabian Wanderers’ tours and experiences in a clear and engaging way
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs and timelines
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and leads in the CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospects
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handover of opportunities
  • Continuously improve outreach scripts and messaging

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Comfortable communicating with corporates and professionals
  • Organized, proactive, and disciplined
  • Target oriented and motivated by results
  • Ability to handle rejection positively
  • Basic understanding of sales or business development
