Call Center Representative
Job Description
The Call Centre Agent will endeavour to provide exceptional service to customers via the Bateel Contact Service Centre. They will be a brand ambassador in answering incoming customer calls, taking orders, resolving customer complaints, and providing information on all manner of Bateel products, services and menu.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls with a courteous and professional manner
- Provide solutions to customer queries or complaints
- Place customer orders and input them accurately into the till system
- Coordinate with the cafe team for timely delivery
- Follow up with customers via telephone and/or email
- Assist guests with menu queries and suggest alternatives
- Document call trends and alert supervisors
- Produce call reports according to standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality industry
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English
