Services Delivery Project Manager (US) - Moodle
Job Description
Acting as the critical link between sales, implementation, and ongoing service excellence, your focus will be on expertly coordinating customized client projects. This role works within federal client boundaries and demands a blend of client-facing finesse and internal operational optimization.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and manage end-to-end project plans and budgets
- Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple complex projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Coordinate between clients and the project team
- Design and implement best practices to improve project outcomes
- Perform project monitoring, tracking, and reporting
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in a client-facing role
- 2+ years work experience in education or ed-tech
- US citizenship with ability to obtain security clearances
- Strong understanding of e-learning platforms, preferably Moodle
