Job Description
Assists guests with luggage during arrival and departure, makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.
Responsibilities
- Assists guests with luggage during arrival and departure
- Greet guests and escort them to their rooms
- Maintain proper records of deliveries and pick-ups
- Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism
- Resolve customer complaints
- Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position with a luxury hotel or resort
- Preferably with Driver’s License
- Excellent command in English
