Investment Manager
Job Description
The Manager - Investments plays a critical role in supporting the Real Estate Group with comprehensive financial analysis and strategic planning. The incumbent is responsible for managing feasibility studies, conducting valuations, and leading financial modeling for investment opportunities. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders and requires strong analytical abilities to provide high-quality financial insights for senior management decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis of acquisitions and development feasibility
- Review and challenge feasibility studies for greenfield and brownfield projects
- Maintain and own valuation and feasibility models
- Support portfolio-level financial analysis using Excel, EstateMaster and Argus
- Contribute to year-end portfolio valuations and management KPI reporting
- Review feasibility studies of projects under development/construction
- Lead M&A due diligence and rigorous financial modeling
- Design and implement excellence road map for teamwork quality
Qualifications
- Business degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
- Qualification of CFA / CAIA / CMA / CFI
- RICS qualification preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in investment and real estate feasibility field
- At least 5 years of experience in the GCC region
