Support our Hot & Cold Kitchen team. Assist in preparing and cooking dishes according to brand standards and recipes at voco Hotels.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cooking dishes in Hot & Cold Kitchen
- Maintain consistent food quality and hygiene standards
- Support Chef de Partie in daily operations
- Manage inventory
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff
- Maintain kitchen equipment in a safe manner
