Job Description
The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Manage construction teams and subcontractors
- Monitor progress, quality, cost, and schedule performance
- Resolve technical and operational issues
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Proven experience in GCC construction projects
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- Fluent in English and Arabic
