Operations & Administration Manager (Iraq)
Job Description
The Operations & Administration Manager oversees day-to-day administrative and operational functions in Erbil and Baghdad locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and legal registration
- Oversee procurement of goods and services
- Maintain personnel records and HR documentation
- Supervise customer service and custodial staff
- Prepare monthly payroll documentation
- Support monitoring of operational and program budgets
- Coordinate banking activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in operations or administration
- Excellent English proficiency
- Native proficiency in Sorani Kurdish
