Engagement & Happiness Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Engagement & Happiness Manager with a Master of Social Work (MSW) to enhance employee well-being, engagement, and workplace culture. The role focuses on counselling, engagement initiatives, and supporting the organization’s Great Place to Work journey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions
- Lead employee engagement and happiness initiatives
- Plan cultural, wellness, and team-building activities
- Support GPTW surveys and audits
- Analyze engagement feedback
Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (MSW) – mandatory
- Knowledge of Great Place to Work frameworks is an advantage
- UAE experience preferred
