Job Description
A leading F&B company is looking for an In-Store Sales Associate & Cashier to join our team immediately in Al Qurain. Responsibilities include customer greeting, upselling, and efficient operation of the POS system.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance
- Identify customer needs and upsell/cross-sell relevant items
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently
- Ensure all prices and quantities are scanned accurately
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
- Perform daily cash reconciliation
- Assist in receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and tagging items
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and checkout area
- Monitor inventory levels
