Job Description
Driving sales and educating customers on products and brand history for Huda Beauty. Partnership with Field Sales and Education Manager to inspire others through education.
Responsibilities
- Educate retail partner sales associates on artistry techniques
- Customize in-store strategies related to training
- Achieve sales goals in assigned region
- Provide weekly sales performance and feedback
- Manage inventory at store level
- Ensure gondolas and visual displays are impeccable
- Interview, hire and coach freelance specialists
- Identify merchandising opportunities
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of account management experience in prestige beauty
- Experience in prestige beauty, SEPHORA experience preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license
