HR Business Partner After-Sales - HR Development | Casablanca (Morocco)
Job Description
CAC (Centrale Automobile Chrifienne) is characterized by a strong collaborative culture, placing people, trust and teamwork at the core of its organization. As an HR Business Partner, you are the main HR contact for employees and their managers in the After-Sales department. You support managers and employees on the ground and maintain a close relationship with them, allowing you to handle a variety of HR issues daily. You also contribute to the development and implementation of our human resources policies, and you continuously ensure the smooth operation and best practices on various HR topics.
Responsibilities
- Implement the HR policy in the various after-sales departments
- Ensure that HR complaints are addressed and reported to the HR Director
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, procedures, and internal rules in the After-Sales departments
- Support managers and employees on the ground for various HR issues
- Manage HR development and disciplinary matters
- Experience in project management
Qualifications
- Holder of a higher education diploma (Bac+5) in Human Resources
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role involving personnel administration, HR development, and disciplinary matters
- Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law
- Good level of French
