Assistant Outlet Manager
Job Description
As an Assistant Outlet Manager you are responsible to achieve the optimum level of guest satisfaction and departmental profitability in an atmosphere of teamwork and high team morale.
Responsibilities
- Prepare schedules for all employees according to the forecast
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of assigned outlet
- Be involved in planning of promotions and beverage purchases
- Ensure sanitary conditions according to health codes
- Supervise daily operations under management standards
- Define training needs and propose training programs
- Ensure correct handling of equipment
Qualifications
- Degree in the hospitality field
- Previous experiences in the Food & Beverage field
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
