Data & AI Training and Engagement Leader
Job Description
Responsible for building and delivering the enterprise-wide strategy for education, enablement, and engagement related to data literacy, AI adoption, and responsible use of digital technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide Data & AI training strategy
- Design curriculum covering data literacy, AI fundamentals, and ethical AI
- Oversee creation of e-learning modules, videos, and workshops
- Lead virtual and live training sessions
- Develop engagement strategies to promote awareness of AI capabilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand capability gaps
- Define KPIs to measure training effectiveness and skill progression
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Data/Analytics, Organizational Development, or related field
- 8–10+ years of experience in training, enablement, or digital transformation
- Experience building large-scale learning programs in data or AI
- Strong understanding of data literacy and modern analytics tools
