Manage and develop Human Resources functions to attract talent, improve employee performance, and build a positive work environment aligned with organization goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes
- Manage employee affairs including contracts, payroll, and leave
- Supervise performance appraisal processes
- Handle employee complaints and resolve workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Prepare periodic HR reports for senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations
