Plays a key role in shaping and executing total rewards strategies across the Ghobash Group. Leads benchmarking, job evaluation, and design of incentive programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop holistic Total Rewards strategy
- Lead annual salary benchmarking
- Design STIP, LTIP, and performance rewards
- Ensure compliance with regional labor laws
- Lead compensation planning in budget cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll
