Responsibilities

  • Develop holistic Total Rewards strategy
  • Lead annual salary benchmarking
  • Design STIP, LTIP, and performance rewards
  • Ensure compliance with regional labor laws
  • Lead compensation planning in budget cycles

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years’ experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll
