Partner Executive
Job Description
This role is responsible for establishing, scaling, and commercializing Workday’s partner ecosystem across the Middle East. Based in-region, you will build and execute partner strategy, driving ecosystem development, partner readiness, joint revenue growth and ensuring our partners meet their pipeline and revenue contribution targets.
Responsibilities
- Establish and scale the partner ecosystem across the Middle East
- Co-design and execute the resell channel strategy
- Ensure partner sales teams are fully enabled
- Drive joint go-to-market planning with partners
- Drive partner readiness and capability-building
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Sales/Channel Management
- Proven working knowledge and experience with the UAE and the broader Middle East region
