Job Description

Responsibilities
- Receive deliveries and rotate cooler inventory
- Weigh, price, and label meat products
- Prepare valued-added products
- Product ordering and inventory control
- Responsible for sanitation and food safety standards
- Train team members
- Manage department in meat manager's absence
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to read and understand company policies
- Must be able to work in a cold environment
- At least 1-year relevant work experience preferred
