People & Technology Manager
Job Description
Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies, manage HR technology platforms, and oversee talent acquisition and employee relations for food manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Build positive employee relations
- Manage performance evaluation processes
- Oversee HR technology platforms (ERP, payroll)
- Lead HR-related change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Omani Nationality.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing operations mandatory.
