Team Lead Rider On Ground Ops
Job Description
Responsible for tracking and enhancing 3PL's performance in assigned zones and coordinating day-to-day operations and communications with vendors.
Responsibilities
- Track and enhance 3PL performance in assigned zones
- Manage day to day operations with 3PLs
- Track coordinators and captain response rates and SLA
- Close critical cases (Jira Tickets) within SLA
- Send daily reports to coordinators on performance
- Run weekly meetings with 3PL managers and store managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field
- 3-4 Years of full time experience in logistics
- Experience managing large groups of people
