Job Description
The Emirati Admin Executive will provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth daily operations of the office. This is a hybrid post.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and filing systems
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Assist in collecting and organizing employee documents
- Support recruitment tasks like scheduling interviews
- Maintain attendance records
Qualifications
- UAE National – Emirati (with Family Book)
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of admin/HR experience preferred
