Job Description

The intern will be an integral part of the Commercial team. They will support category operations from onboarding to growth initiatives. The role involves assisting in executing strategic plans by coordinating with sellers, maintaining strong relationships, supporting inventory and content readiness, and contributing to a smooth seller and customer experience while gaining hands-on exposure to commercial operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing inventory levels and monitoring inventory health
- Support item-level tracking and basic forecasting under team guidance
- Help create and update product listings received from sellers so they reflect accurately on the website
- Coordinate with sellers for documentation, updates, and basic follow-ups
- Support the Account Manager in submitting items correctly and ensuring website visibility
- Assist in resolving basic seller queries and operational issues
- Follow up with sellers for stock replenishment and OOS (out-of-stock) updates
- Support onboarding formalities for organic sellers as per defined processes
- Assist with content submission in line with commercial targets
- Help maintain seller onboarding and performance-related records
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and contribute to weekly targets
Qualifications
- Graduate (any discipline preferred: business operations)
