Job Description
The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks across construction projects. The role requires strong experience in the construction industry with a deep understanding of project, contractual, financial, HSE, and operational risks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project and enterprise risk management frameworks
- Establish risk registers and facilitate risk identification workshops
- Assess construction-related risks including design, procurement, and scheduling
- Review contracts to identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
- Evaluate financial risks including cash flow and cost escalation
- Coordinate with HSE teams to manage safety risks
- Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Risk Management
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and contract types (e.g. FIDIC)
