Job Description
The Graduate Training Program aims to develop qualified national talents capable of contributing effectively to the sustainability and growth of the company. The program focuses on enhancing the professional and practical skills of fresh graduates, in alignment with Oman Vision 2040. Prepare qualified and employable national talents. Promote a culture of professionalism and corporate values. Support Omanization plans and local workforce development. Bridge the gap between academic output and market needs. The program targets fresh graduates in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Participation in structured training combining theoretical and practical aspects
- Commitment to all program activities and assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Must be an Omani national
- Open to males only
- Recent graduate (within two years of graduation)
- Fully committed to the program and not engaged in any other employment
- Must pass personal interview and assessment tests
