Training Specialist – Manufacturing (FMCG industry)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and factory training, preferably within the Cosmetics or FMCG industry.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct factory and manufacturing training programs
- Deliver product and perfume-related training to production and sales teams
- Develop training materials, SOPs, manuals, and presentations
- Train staff on quality control, safety standards, and best manufacturing practices
- Assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Training Manager / Specialist in a manufacturing environment
- Fluency in Urdu and Hindi (mandatory)
- Perfume industry experience is highly preferred
- Strong experience in factory floor training
- UAE experience preferred
