Responsibilities
- Supervise daily café operations and smooth workflow
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages per recipes
- Lead, schedule, and monitor barista team performance
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista, including supervisory experience
- Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Coffee certifications are an advantage
