Senior Cost Control Officer
Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage cost control process and ensuring effective implementation of cost-saving measures. You will also be responsible for providing strategic guidance to the management team on pricing strategies and cost management initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of daily food and beverage costs.
- Conduct periodic food and beverage spot checks.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive database for food and beverage inventory stock.
- Develop and implement a cost allocation transfer system.
- Calculate all food and beverage costs and input into the POS system.
- Track the status of both food and non-food inventory.
- Price all food and beverage storeroom requisitions.
- Provide guidance on menu costing and establish sale prices.
- Monitor operational controllers in catering/restaurants.
- Ensure effective portion control to minimize waste.
- Prepare F&B reports and provide strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in same field.
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Commerce/HM
