Sales Group Manager (Retail)
Job Description
Colin’s is seeking a highly accomplished Sales Group Manager to accelerate growth across multiple international markets. This role reports directly to the Global Sales Director and carries full P&L responsibility for assigned countries.
Responsibilities
- Own full P&L responsibility for assigned countries and regions
- Develop and manage sales and expense budgets
- Lead the rollout and execution of sales strategies
- Manage multi-channel structures including retail, franchise, and marketplaces
- Establish and optimize KPIs and performance management frameworks
- Drive digital transformation and AI-driven solutions for sales
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Fluent in English; Russian proficiency is a strong advantage
- 15+ years of experience in the retail sector
- Senior-level leadership experience with regional or global responsibility
- Proven experience in managing P&L
- Willingness to travel internationally
