Job Description
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team. You will provide high-quality support and ensure an excellent customer experience for German-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account-related questions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Escalate complex cases when required
Qualifications
- Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level)
- Good level of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
