Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Understand tenant needs, preferences, and budgets
- Property Showings: Conduct informative and engaging property viewings
- Rent Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants
- Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary rental paperwork
- Relationship Management: Build trust and collaboration with landlords and team members
- Sales Negotiation: Secure best terms of sale for sellers
- Communication: Inform sellers of market conditions and progress
- Closing the Deal: Guide sellers through legal and financial requirements
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or salesperson
- Ability to work independently
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Driving license and car mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
