AI Transformation Manager
Job Description
Be part of shaping how AI transforms how we work. You’ll scout emerging AI technologies, pilot new tools, and coordinate cross-departmental adoption projects. A key focus will be managing and enhancing our internal Knowledge Hub.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute company-wide AI enablement strategy
- Evaluate, prioritize, and introduce emerging AI technologies
- Lead adoption, change management, and engagement initiatives
- Oversee the program management of the company Knowledge Hub
- Lead training frameworks and best practices for AI usage
- Provide executive-level reporting on ROI and risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience driving enterprise-wide tool adoption or transformation programs
- Deep understanding of generative AI platforms and AI governance
