Call Confirmations Specialist
Job Description
The Call Confirmation Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for Marriage Reset prospects prior to their scheduled Zoom calls. The role exists to support the sales team by managing calendars and confirming appointments.
Responsibilities
- Confirm scheduled Zoom calls and secure written confirmations
- Maintain pre-call engagement to improve show rates
- Manage sales calendars, reschedules, and cancellations
- Review intake information and route prospects appropriately
- Ensure scheduling links and integrations function accurately
- Provide first-line technical support for scheduling tools
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and systems
- Comfort with web-based tools and scheduling platforms
- Emotional maturity and discretion
- Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools such as GoHighLevel is a plus
