Job Description
Precision Talent Solutions specializes in delivering global recruitment and talent management services for sectors such as Government Services, International Aid & Development, and Defense & Aerospace. This is a full-time remote position for a President - Aerospace Systems & Engineering. The individual in this role will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the aerospace systems and engineering segment.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and executive management abilities, including experience in strategic planning, business development, and organizational growth
- Technical expertise in aerospace systems, engineering, and related fields with a proven ability to drive innovation and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership-building skills, with experience in client relations and stakeholder management
- Understanding of contracting processes, regulatory compliance, and program performance management within the aerospace and defense sectors
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and mentor staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
- Prior experience in a senior executive role within the aerospace or defense industry is highly desirable
