Officer Manager
Job Description
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations and acting as a key business support function across departments. Provides high-level Executive Assistant support to the Group Managing Director.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor management
- Manage the GMD's calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes
- Track action items from internal meetings
Qualifications
- Experience in management consulting, strategy, or business planning (+2 years depending on seniority)
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Solid understanding of financial modelling, KPIs, and strategic frameworks
