GTM Engineer - New Grad
Job Description
Mundi is a treasury platform for modern businesses. We automate how companies manage, move, and optimize cash across banks and capital-markets products. Our go-to-market motion is technical by design. Product data, workflows, and integrations play a central role in how we acquire, onboard, and scale customers. As a New Graduate GTM Engineer, you will help build the internal systems that power Mundi's growth. This role is ideal if you want to start your career writing code, working with real systems, and seeing your work directly impact revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build internal GTM tools: Help develop tools and scripts that support lead routing, enrichment, and lifecycle tracking.
- Automate workflows: Create and maintain automations across CRM, product events, and outbound systems.
- Work with CRM systems: Assist in maintaining CRM schemas, pipelines, and integrations.
- Connect product data to GTM: Help surface product usage and behavioral signals to sales and growth teams.
- Support experimentation: Enable sales and growth teams to test segments, messaging, and workflows faster.
- Learn systems end-to-end: Understand how data flows from product warehouse GTM tools.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or graduating soon: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical curiosity: You enjoy building, automating, and understanding how systems work under the hood.
- Basic programming skills: Some experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages (projects or coursework count).
- Data comfort: Familiarity with SQL and structured data concepts.
- Problem-solver mindset: You like turning manual or unclear processes into simple systems.
- Clear communicator: Able to explain technical ideas to non-technical teammates.
- Ownership mentality: You take responsibility for learning and improving what you build.
